The legal entity registered to trade as Endeavour College of Natural Health is Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd (ABN: 57 061 868 264).

This entity is established as an Australian Proprietary Company, limited by shares with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and by the company’s Articles of Association.

In addition, the entity is registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) as an approved higher education provider PRV12070, and is registered with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) to offer certain courses to international students in Australia on a student visa (CRICOS provider code 00231G).

Financial Standing

The College runs on a financial year from January to December.

The latest financial audit occurred in 2023, and was conducted by Grant Thornton who found the College to be financially viable as an incorporated company.

Organisation

Endeavour is governed by the Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd Board of Directors, who have delegated powers to make academic decisions to the Academic Council.

The College is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Chief Executive Officer (operational) and Provost (Academic) of Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd.

The Academic Leadership Team at the College is headed by a Provost, assisted by the Dean – Higher Education and the Head of Teaching and Learning, with five main academic departments / faculties as well as academic support coming under this leadership.
