Homeopathy

With its efficacy demonstrated for over 200 years for both simple and complex diseases, it is now also showing significant positive results in the most stringent modern clinical trials. It is a complete system of health care harnessing the best from nature, both minerals and plants to re-establish balance in the health of a client. Gentle yet effective, homeopathy offers the most versatile health care solutions to regulate the body's central processes (homeostasis).

Bachelor of Health Science (Homeopathy)

This ground breaking three and a half year full time (or equivalent part-time) Bachelor of Health Science course provides graduates with specialist homeopathic medicine clinical knowledge and skills to become future leaders within the area of homeopathy practice. The course includes in-depth study in medical science, evidenced-based practice, homeopathic materia medica and pharmacy, homeopathic therapeutics, clinical case taking, communication and professional interaction. It is the only degree course in Australia that is accredited with the Australian Register of Homeopaths, the professional body that  regulates the discipline in Australia.

This course is available in face to face Brisbane and Melbourne. Many subjects are available ONLINE. Candidates from other states can begin the first semester online and join their local campus in 2011.

Career Options

Homeopathy is an great career for self-starters. Most graduates usually enter clinical practice, working for themselves or as a partner in a healthcare clinic or community health services. Other graduates gain jobs in industry, research, government agencies, pharmacy or a variety of commercial or social welfare settings and community health service agencies.

Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy (option one)

The Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy can be completed in three years full-time (or equivalent part-time) by flexible delivery with some subjects available on campus.  This course includes in-depth studies in Bioscience and Social Science subjects, clinical case taking and communication and professional interaction. This course is accredited with the Australian Register of Homeopaths.

Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy (option two)

The Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy (Sydney Campus) can be completed in four years part-time by attendance on campus.  This dynamic course includes in-depth studies in Homeopathic medicine Bioscience and Social Science subjects, clinical case taking and communication and professional interaction. This course is accredited with the Australian Register of Homeopaths.
